Our production system
Behind each AI influencer is a documented pipeline. We've repeated it 200+ times. Here's how it works:

- Content guidelines. Each account has editorial guidelines that enforce brand voice, format consistency, and platform-specific best practices. Guidelines are the bridge between the client's vision and our execution.
- Manual editing. This is where most agencies cut corners. We don't. Every video is manually edited—B-roll selection, color grading, caption burn-in, lip-sync verification, transitions. No AI-generated edits; no batch processing. One editor per video.
- Real-device publishing. We publish from dedicated phones per account. No API-only shortcuts. Real devices, real IP addresses, real engagement signals to the platform.
The pipeline operates continuously. Each account publishes 60 videos per month—roughly 2 per day across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. That's 60 videos × 200+ accounts = 12,000+ videos monthly.
Quality standards
AI influencers are only as good as their consistency. We enforce a single quality standard across all accounts:
Format: Talking-head AI avatar (host/narrator) + B-roll inserts (10–70% of runtime), burned-in captions, 15–60 seconds, 9:16 vertical aspect ratio.
Audio: Clear voice, no background noise, no heavy music beds that drown out the message.
Editing: Smooth transitions, on-beat cuts, legible captions, no visual jarring. Avatars must stay centered and stable; B-roll must reinforce the narrative, not distract.
Publishing: Burned-in captions (accessibility + algorithm boost). Hashtags and calls-to-action are tested per platform. Scheduling respects timezone and platform peak times.
This consistency matters. Audiences stay longer. Algorithms favor retention. Followers come because they know what to expect.
Editorial standards for this blog
We publish insights and data about AI influencers. When we do, we follow strict editorial rules:
- Facts from live operations. Any claim about performance, audience behavior, or content trends is based on real account data we manage. No speculation.
- External stats always sourced. Market statistics (social media user counts, platform revenue, creator economy size) come with citations to public sources—never invented or extrapolated.
- No guarantees. We publish benchmarks, ranges, and case studies—never "guaranteed 10K followers in 30 days" or similar promises. Results vary by niche, execution quality, and market conditions.
- Comparisons are factual. If we compare our approach to competitor methods or products, we cite their public documentation—no disparagement, no made-up feature claims.
