These Terms govern your use of the ai-content.agency website ("the Site") operated by ICG Agency ("ICG", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Site is

The Site presents ICG's services — the creation and management of AI-influencer accounts for brands — along with editorial content (blog, community pages). Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance without a separate agreement.

2. Service engagements

Any actual engagement (avatars, accounts, content production, monetization) is governed by an individual services agreement concluded separately. Figures shown on the Site — reach, follower counts, engagement — reflect our real accounts at the stated dates and are not a guarantee of future results.

3. Intellectual property

• The Site's design, texts and imagery belong to ICG or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission
• Under client engagements, ownership of created characters, accounts and audiences is defined by the services agreement — our standard terms grant the client 100% IP ownership

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt its operation, no use of its content to impersonate ICG or its avatars.

5. Third-party platforms

Our work involves third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and others). Their terms apply to activity on those platforms; we operate accounts in compliance with platform rules and do not control platform decisions.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICG disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
